  • Register on-line & get your Consignor #
  • 250 item limit will be accepted per consignor. Be selective when choosing items to consign. Choose YOUR best items- would YOU buy it? There is a minimum of 20 items.

  • Hang clothing on hangers & secure with safety pins. Bag toys & shoes.
  • Online: Enter descriptions, prices, & print tags w/ barcodes on white CARD STOCK.
    Need help pricing? Remember to price items TO SELL! The lower the better because we have SAVVY Shoppers who will be comparing your prices to that of other consignors'. Remember, it's basically a game and the winner always has a BIGGER check!
    We HIGHLY recommend discounting your items! And if you mark items to be donated, they will automatically be marked to discount. Check out our PRICING GUIDELINES for more suggestions.

EVERY Consignor Receives 3 Passes to shop before the pubic:

  • A Consignor Pre-Sale Pass (Shop after the Volunteers, but still before the public!)

Consignors who Volunteer and can earn up to 75% profit.(depending upon number
of shifts). Volunteering is an important part of achieving a successful sale. There is no
way we could make this sale possible without YOU. View Available Shifts.

**There is a one time, non-refundable consignor fee that must be paid at the time of registration - this goes towards leasing the building, renting tables, marketing, & the various expenses required to host this sale. The fee for ALL consignors is $10.**

We accept “gently loved” preemie/newborn to size 16 children’s clothing and maternity/nursing
wear. Items will be inspected at drop off. The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC reserves the right to deny
any unacceptable items (with stains, tears, etc.) Please understand that we only want to sell
quality merchandise and sometimes the lighting at the Civic Center is much harsher than
what we have at home.

Statistics have shown that 90-95% of baby gear, toys, and books will sell. Due to the sheer
volume of infant onesies, we suggest that you group them together in groups of 2-3. We
also recommend grouping items that coordinate be sold as a set.

We will gladly accept: a limit of 250 Items/consignor with a minimum of 20 items

Girls & Boys Summer/Spring clothing in the following sizes:
Preemie all the way through Teens!
Teen clothing must be BRAND NAMES only. Ex: Aftco, Buckle, Charlotte Russe, Express, Hurley, J. Crew, Justice, Aeropostle, GAP, Polo, Miss Me, Nike, Southern Pride, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, Urban Outfitters, etc. If it has stand-alone store, it is fine.
SPRING Maternity & Nursing Wear 
Ladies' Shoes (Boots, dress shoes, athletic shoes) - LIMIT of 10/consignor
Ladies' Costume Jewelry & bags
Toys (MUST be complete, clean, & have working batteries, if needed)  
ONLY Name brand stuffed animals (Disney, Elmo, Gund, Build-A-Bear, etc)
[Mardi Gras throws will not be accepted]
Books, DVDs, computer games, etc. (with all the parts) 
Cribs, Furniture, Bassinets & pack n' plays (must be fully assembled)      
Baby equipment (strollers, high chairs, swings, bouncy seats, Boppy pillows, Bumbos 
WITH Seat belt in order to comply with the recent recall)  
Nursery Gear: monitors, baby gates, and safety equipment     
Diaper bags, baby carriers, and shopping cart covers  
Breast Pumps & Accessories (Disposable breast pads and breast milk baggies) 
Sports Equipment 
Play Equipment for the playground, Ride on Toys, Bikes, Playhouses, Slides 
Home school items      
School uniforms (all seasons will be accepted)   
Dance, gymnastic and ballet outfits
Dress-up Costumes      
Shoes – ONLY new or like new   
Children's furniture (must be FULLY ASSEMBLED – so bring tools if needed)  
Bedding: comforters, quilts, bed skirts, accessories, etc.  
CLEAN Bibs, burp cloths, bottles, rattles, etc            
Or any other children's items in excellent condition.      
Car Seats/Boosters - must be less than 5 years old.

We will only accept car seats that are less than 5 years old.
Please check the following websites for recalls on car
seats: http://www.nhtsa.gov or www.carseat.org or call the D.O.T. Auto Safety
Hotline at 1-888-DASH-2-DOT. We only accept car seats that have never been damaged
(or in any accident). Car seats must have a sticker on the base that gives manufacture
information to be accepted. We will be checking this sticker at check-in.

10 women/men-sized shoes/consignor
No clothing that is out of date or out of season or clothing that is very worn (ex: tears, piling, holes, stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, or has strong odors )    
No VHS tapes
Previously used undergarments, such as underwear or bras (unless they are nursing bras in like-new condition.
VBS/Day camp shirts, Troop specific Boy/Girl Scouts attire, etc. 
Toys the require batteries but do not have working ones
Stained, broken, or incomplete toys/games/DVDs
Bumbos without the proper seat straps installed
Drop-Down Cribs or any cribs manufactured before July 2011
Car seats that are expired, have been in a car accident, or older than 5 years.
Any items that have been recalled or are NOT family oriented will be prohibited & may not be returned to consignor. Consignors that bring inappropriate items will be restricted from consigning in future sales.


As a parent, one of the most important responsibilities that we have to to protect our
children; therefore, it is imparitive that consignors are diligent about ensuring that none
of their consigned items pose any safety hazard or have previously recalled. Please
use this searchable Recall List provided by the Consumer Product and Safety Commission,
if you have ANY doubts.

We have a limited number of Vendor Booth opportunities available. The Booth fee is $40/day. We accept vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis and only allow one representative per company per day (unless representative are working together). are accepting a limited number of Vendor Booth & fee has been received. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in and profit from The Savvy Mom Sale,
LLC. Please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following Terms of Agreement:

Seller understands that it is their responsibility to fill out each item's tag completely and
properly & agrees
that no claims will be made against The Savvy Mom Sale for any
discrepancies involving items placed in the sale.

The Seller agrees to verify that their address on their Savvy Mom Sale, LLC account is correct so that their check will be mailed to them.

The Seller agrees that a $10 cash participation fee is required to participate in our sale and must be presented at Drop Off before their items can be placed on the sales floor.

Seller agrees that ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by the end of the designated pick-up period
will become the property of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC.

Seller agrees that any items found WITHOUT A TAG during the sale will be placed in Lost
and Found. Sellers may look through these items at pick-ups for identification. Any items
NOT identified during that time will be donated after the pick-up period is over.

Seller agrees to cash issued checks within 30 days of the date of the check.

Seller agrees that the distribution of proceeds from the sale of each item will be as follows:
Seller will receive 65% of their profits. The Seller has the opportunity to earn 70% if the Seller refers five or more new active consignors to that particular sale.

Seller agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC from whatever cause either foreseen or unforeseen against the The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the Owner of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in The Savvy Mom Sale. LLC.

Seller agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the Owner of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, for the damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to The Savvy Mom Sale. LLC. We do not anticipate any thefts, damage, or loss but occasionally these events may occur.
